Hey There!
Brooke grew up in Annapolis, Maryland in a home that was constantly filled with music thanks to her parents. She was in her first theatrical production when she was seven and now almost two decades later she is still as captivated by the power of theatre as she was back then. She graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Coastal Carolina University in 2019 and has since returned to the DC area to continue performing.

Whether it’s drinking hot chocolate, cozying up by the fire or spending time with the ones you love there are so many things that make the holiday season such a joyous time. One of the ways we hold on to these memories is through the music that surrounds us. Join Brooke Bloomquist, recently seen at the Cauldron as Katrina in Ichabod: The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Cinderella in Into the Woods, as she shares the songs that warm her heart during this time of year.
Brooke will be seen as Katrina Van Tassle, a young coquette dreaming of a world beyond her small town in this world premiere musical by Matt Conner and Stephen Gregory Smith.

A Sondheim Summer: Cinderella in Creative Cauldron’s Into the Woods
Brooke joined a talented cast and crew to close out Creative Cauldron’s 2021-2022 season as Cinderella in Into the Woods.

As a part of their Summer Cabaret Series, Creative Cauldron invited cast members back for a Into the Woods Reunion Cabaret featuring works of the late Stephen Sondheim. Brooke reprised her version of On the Steps of the Palace as well as other beloved Sondheim classics.
